Ginger Brown Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice (uncooked)
- 1 ” fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 Serrano pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 stalk green onions (finely chopped)
Directions
1. | Rinse the rice and in a pot heat up 2 cups of water, add the rice, ginger, Serrano pepper and green onions. |
2. | Let it come to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 25-30 mins. |
3. | Serve hot with beans or lentils or vegetables. |
